Historical Sightings

Although services like Birdline Scotland and BirdGuides provide details of what is around at the moment, it is often useful to see what's been around in the past. Between October 2005 and April 2008, Mike Howes collated these sources and I edited them into the format below. Although no longer updated, we have kept these old sightings records for historical interest.

Note that an entry does not imply that a particular sighting has been accepted by the relevant authorities. The list of contributors is given at the foot of the table.
